This course is the first step to becoming a Coast Guard Auxiliary Food Service Specialist. This virtual class runs from 0800-1600h (8am-4pm) on Saturday 24 April. Preregistration is required.
Training will be conducted by Noreen Schifini, District Staff Officer-Food Services.
