DTRAIN IS HAPPENING!
We’re excited to share that with the passing of the Continuing Resolution, we will have funding for Spring DTRAIN. This is news as it is happening, so there may be additional information to follow. NOTE: There is no additional funding, so if you have not previously been approved for funding, please go through your Chain Of Leadership and Management with any questions or concerns.

All ETS Authorizations should be
submitted NLT 21 MARCH 2025.
REMINDER: Lodging should be booked through the block of rooms linked on the registration page.

Booking lodging through ETS will result in a higher nightly rate and will not be reimbursed the full amount charged.

DIRAUX Happening at DTRAIN:
Saturday ETS training at 1315-1415
DIRAUX is changing the format of this training. We will be doing a live demonstration of a ETS travel system.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own device to log in and participate.
We will walk you through completing your voucher.
We will not be presenting the Powerpoint presentation. Our goal is to provide an interactive environment.
Individual ETS question/concerns please address with SK2 Baker and Brittany Crawford in the hours before our training starts.
If you know you need a password reset to ensure you can participate in training, please do not wait until training starts.
ID CARDS:
Nevi and AUX Doyle will be manning the ID card booth again this year.
ID cards station will be set up 1000.
Any member status update request should be sent to DIRAUX before DTRAIN.
Status updates (IQ,BQ, AX) take 24 hours to populate in the ID card system.
Members must be in proper Trops uniform ready for their picture!
No need to wait for your ID card. Please come and take your picture and return to class.
Stop by the booth between classes to see if your ID is ready!
