ALCOAST 145/26, USCG INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS) CERTIFICATION BOARD APPLICATION GUIDANCE announces the Office of Emergency Management and Disaster Response’s (CG-OEM) release of the FY27 USCG Incident Command System (ICS) Certification Board application guidance. This message replaces ALCOAST 240/25, FY26 USCG INCIDENT COMMAND SYSTEM (ICS) CERTIFICATION BOARD APPLICATION GUIDANCE, released May 27, 2025.
3. ALCOAST 148/26, FY27 USCG ADJUNCT ICS INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM APPLICATION GUIDANCE announces CG-OEM’s and Training Center Yorktown (TCY) Emergency and Disaster Management (EDMS) Schoolhouse’s release of the FY27 USCG Incident Command System (ICS) Adjunct Instructor Program application guidance.
