Auxiliarists in Pennsylvania can request a PA License Plate like the one shown above.

• You must be a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary to get one of these
  plates.
• There $85 is a one-time fee. You will own that plate and number for the rest of
  your life if you wish to. You must however remain an active member of the
  Auxiliary.
• These plates are only available through the Auxiliary and cannot be purchased
  through any Tag/Title location.
