Past Division Commanders Association President Election Result

Fellow CGD-E-NR Auxiliarists,

It is my honor to announce the result
of our successfully completed electronic election for the office of president for the Past Division Commanders Association.

The PDCA is comprised of members having completed at least one full year serving as elected Division Commander in the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary East District – Northern Region.

Three Past Division Commanders submitted letters of intent to run for the office: Thomas Don, Alan Lindsay, and Ed Seda.

All three served admirably during their terms and individually have  extensive experience invaluable to advancing the leadership in our district

By a majority vote,
Edwin (Ed) Seda
is our newly elected President of the PDCA.

The District congratulates Auxiliarist Seda and sincerely appreciates all for stepping forward and offering their services.

The election was conducted using the approved Election Runner program.
The system is secure, confirms quorum requirements, absolutely anonymous with regard to the actual balloting, and fully confirms distribution and receipt of all ballots, the casting of ballots and automatically tallies the results automatically in accordance with our standing rules.

District Commodore
